Projects Abroad is the global leader in short-term, overseas, volunteer work placements and internships. Head-quartered in the UK and with recruitment offices across the globe, its projects span 31 countries and cover a wide range of disciplines including teaching, care, conservation & environment, medicine & healthcare, sports, community projects, business, law & human rights and journalism.  Projects are designed specifically for the needs of the communities they serve, giving volunteers and interns of 16 years and over, the very best experience of volunteering abroad.

Projects Abroad was founded in 1992 and has now sent over 85,000 volunteers around the world, working on over 600 projects.
